Events Ballroom

Built in the 1880’s as a community gathering place, the Grand Hall has been completely renovated and is once again OPEN to host special events.

Located on the second level of the Exchange Bank Building, in Farmington, Grand Hall Studio is 2800 sq. ft. of open space, natural hardwood floors, 18 ft. ceiling and plenty of 8 ft. windows to fill the ballroom with natural light, creating a stunningly unique atmosphere perfect for:

Reception Hall Rental fee $500 includes tables and chairs for up to 170 guests.

Other Events

The Grand Hall is also available for rent at a flat hourly rate to small groups, charities and for educational purposes, please call for pricing.  Our space is also ideal for classes, lectures, workshops, fundraisers, reunions, birthday parties, boutiques, concerts and dances.
